spell check

hi.. dose this forum have a spell check in it some were that i dont see it ? if not why dont
you use one for the poor english speakers . it will help in keeping the posts in good shape.

We do not have a spell-check system implemented into the forums. Such functions are actually built into some browsers and others as plug-ins; recent versions of Mozilla Firefox has a spell-check system similar to Microsoft Word's. Generally, though, spelling is a non-issue so long as the poster is careful when posting.

I use the one included with the Google Toolbar. If you are an IE user, you can try this:

We tried one here and it crashed everything because of so many errors.

Actually Vbulletin, the forum software here, used to have a spell check built in but the licensing was changed and the spell check was removed.

No.....you can use spell check at YOUR end - like with Firefox or the Google toolbar or with the IESpell plugin that you have been linked to.

You can always Word (or something similar) and copy and paste if you don't want to install anything into your browser.

I havn't seen many, if not any, 'poor' speakers of English in the forums. Some people abbreviate words, or minor spelling mistakes but every thing's understandable. Most people on here are pretty smart aswell...

So its not really an issue. But as mentioned by the others, built in spell-checkers in the browser help, like Firefox.
