Hi all!

I am having some issues with my Epson Stylus Photo 890 printer. Whenever I print something, I get a bunch of red lines going horizontally across the paper. Sometimes it will print a lot of lines, other times, there will be jsut one or two. I have tried cleaning, aligning, and checking the nozzles and heads. Nothing has helped. There is also a blinking red light next to a picture of what looks like an ink droplet and a piece of paper with a bent corner on the printer. This just started, but could it be related. I just put in a new black ink cartridge because it was running, so that may help. So you guys have any ideas?

Thanks!

Retire the printer. My Epson pissed me off one too many times and I'm now the happy owner of a HP color laser.

haha when I read the topic I was thinking the exact same thing. I had an Epson about 4.5 years ago, it was so annoying so I went out and bought a HP printer/scanner/copier... never looked back, still going strong
