How is it broken? Did it bust open? Is it flat out not reading? Is it smoking? Is it incurring the Wrath of Khan?

Usually, if a flash drive is toast, that's it. However, if your computer simply can't read it, there might be a solution.

That chip is cracked, if I see it right. Not much of anything you can do with that.
