Before I suggest any changes, can you give us your budget for this build and what tasks you're wanting to use the system for? You also haven't listed a power supply or an optical drive, if you already have these, let us know what they are.

I think you are putting too much money into the CPU and not enough into the video card for a gaming rig. If you are on a tight budget, get a dual core. Even the sub-$100 Pentium-E dual cores are decent gaming processors. I'd budget more like $150 to $200 for a video card.

You won't be able to put any kind of proper gaming card in there with only 350 watts.

My advice would be to find out exactly what parts you can get hold of where you are, and how much they're going to cost you, before deciding on any specifics. Afraid I can't help you with where to shop, though! To expand on the above point on the power supply, you need to be looking at at least 450 QUALITY watts for a decent gaming video card.

350 watts is VERY questionable for a 8600GT.

i am thinking of going for core2duo 2.3 (1333) E6550
so do i change the mobo or not

That processor is compatible. However, if you use that, you should upgrade to DDR2-800 ram and use only TWO sticks.

DDR2-800 is not yet avalibe in egypt so is there a problem with DDR2-667

No, it will run 1:1.
