I am running windows 2000 pro and I'm trying to install the 2100u scanner. I have the 3.55update but I think I need the full version of 3.2.5. I'm needing help here any would be great. I don't know how to go about this at all. Please if someone could post the instructions on how to install it and if there is other software to get please let me know where I can get it.

Umax used to charge for driver up dates , not sure if they still do. I tossed mine and got a new one. Old technology wasn't worth the price to me .

If you don't have the original CD, you are pretty much out of luck. Umax USA sells full version Vista Scan 3.55 *without* bundled software on CD for $14.50. Umax Germany sells the full download for 3 euros.

I'd also recommend replacement.
