refill ink cartriges ?

Hello people , lately I have noticed that when I refill a lex mark color ink cartridge it does not appear in maintenance or does it work when I try to print although its full?? I usually remove the top, yellow cover . I am beginning to wonder if lex mark has done something to invalidate the cartridge once this is done. Perhaps just drilling a hole and doing the refills will work ...:confused:

any body out there have these type of problems ...

The cartridges probably have a chip in them to prevent you from doing what you are doing.
