Welcome to PCMech.

That all looks fine, I just see one problem. The Shuttle comes with a 250w power supply, which is too low for that whole setup. I wouldn't use anything less then 450w for those parts with that video card.

Agree with alaron on PSU, You need 450 and up for your set up. If you plan on a future vid card upgrade I might even suggest getting 500+.

Also, you dont have a optical drive listed. Look at Lite-on and get retail for free burning software.

If you are going for 4 gigs of ram then you should use Vista 64. 32 bit OS only recognize a little over 3 gigs of ram. Two gigs is plenty for most tasks so if you are planning on XP or Vista 32 just get 2 gigs for now.

Not sure what you are using the system for, but if it is gaming try to swing a 8800 GT in the budget. The 8600 series is a little weak for a true gamer. If you need to save a few bucks to get it I would downgrade to a E6750 CPU. It is actually faster than the Q6600 but not as future proof.

Thanks for the feedback.
I've changed it up a bit on your suggestions. I'll be running windows XP pro and the programs I'm going to be needing to run are as follows.
1. chromablast the instructions says that the recommended hardware for this
is a pentium 4-3.0GHz or Athlon XP 2500+Processor 1GB System Memory

2. The next progam we need is to run what is called a plotter, it requiers
only windows and adobe to run it I think it is called GRAPHTEC Craft robo
pro, it cuts vinal for heat transfer numbers and letters.

3. Lastly we are installing the program Corel Draw X3 Graphics Suite

Just two things to swap. Go for the Asus P5K motherboard. It uses a newer chipset so you'll be better prepared for a future upgrade. Also, go with a different brand on the PSU. I would change the ram to Corsair Value Select DDR2 667. Don't realy need the 800 speed ram for non-OC systems.
