Failed to install Update for Outlook Junk Email Filter KB943552 & office SP3.

After various attemps to install the above from running the automatic detect and install to downloading from Microsofts website, I cannot for the life of me get these two updates on my computer. :confused:
It all started when my office assistant failed to appear so when I went to get it back up found that it too would not install. I did a bit of research and found it may have come from the fact that last week I ran CCleaner so perhaps got rid of some files or registry entries that could be causing this. Having said that I ran the same program on two other computers both of which have the same Office program and they are working fine.
I have followed various instructions from starting services for Office in services.msc to checking the registry entry for my Office outlook 2003 and adding a newvalue that points to the installation source. None of this is working. :eek:
I really do not want to have to re-install this program for obvious reasons (to many email files) and no time and money to fix it!!!! :eek:
Please somebody tell me that this is any easy fix before I go mad!:mad:

Does that help? Seems they ignore the SP3 install and only add the Junk filter one during a 'custom' download.

Unfortunately it does not help. I have tried installing each on their own as well as together and both ways fail. I have tried as i said down loading and saving onto my desktp, switching off any and everrything that could conflict and then trying the junk email filter as I felt that was probably going to install rather than SP3 but no luck.
I have not tried to do a repair from the original CD....yet...... but dont know if that is my only option???????
Certainly dont want to go the reinstall route unless its the last option.
As an aside this morning I had another automatic update come up for Net Framework, when I allowed it it failed to install however on the second try it was successful. Not really sure what that means.
Any ideas anyone????
