mac internet connection problem

i am having trouble connecting to wireless internet.

it seems that anything that has a password to get onto the internet, it just get this error and have to retry and it still does not work. i tried it on two different passworded internets (and yes i have the correct passwords, because the pc laptops would connect) is there something i have to do with my wireless card?

This is probably a case where you are sending the encrypted key as the wrong type. Do you know what type of encryption you have enabled (WEP, WPA)?

its wep, but the password is correct.

it just seems that the macbooks dont hold connections and have trouble connecting to passworded routers
