Sever Stats Program

Hi Guys,

i have a number of servers under our company name, i am looking for a program that i can either install online or run off line that will give me accurate results about the running of my servers, downtime, reasons why they crashed and so forth, the cpanel logs just dont contain the information i require of if they do it's hidden well and not avaible at a glance...

any one have any suggestions?
