USB storage memory not working in a PC and working perfectly on another PC

Hello, I have a 128mb memory usb, I used to work perfectly with this, but right now, I insert it to my desktop computer and my computer recognizes it but I cant open it, I cant explore it. It appears as an "STORAGE DEVICE USB DRIVE" and the picture of an Unknown FIle, and theres nothing I can do.

BUT I went to my brother desktop computer, I insert it and it works perfectly, I can open it with no problem, and I can explore in my music, and all my files in the usb drive. BUT I dont know why I cant open it in my computer.

Make sure the USB drive is not being assigned the same letter as another drive. If it is, then change it to a different letter.
If that does not work, then shut down the computer, flip the toggle power switch on the back of the computer to the OFF position(if a switch exists), disconnect the power cord from the computer for a few minutes, reverse the procedure, and restart the computer.
