Ok I just built a new PC and it worked for about a day. But when I turned on the computer today I get these error messages saying my verison of windows is not valid. I bought this version from newegg! So I go to make it valid and it says your version is now valid but it's not! I can't do anything but get on the internet now! This is very very annoying because they think Im a thief or something.. microsoft. Any ideas, suggestions?

First, you might want to edit you language. A mod will if you don't.

Second, did you activate you copy of Windows? Does it say something to the effect you copy is not genuine?

Is it asking you to Validate your copy of Windows? Which OS? What are the exact messages being given?

It says "This copy of windows is not valid. Click here to validate your copy." So I then click the link and follow the steps and it then says it is valid. But there is a message in bottom right of dektop that says "Build 6000 This copy of windows is not valid". It won't let me do anything, I can't even play games! This is ridiculous, honestly and I am fuming right now.

I am almost positive I activated it, but just to make sure how would I check to see if I did?

Is your copy of Vista an Upgrade disc?
Trying to do a "clean install" using an Upgrade disc on a clean HDD can cause the problem you are having.
