Fixes many issues including stackhash errors.

Just don't install it on a mission critical pc;)

Windows Vista SP1 RC is pre-release software and will change before the final release. Windows Vista SP1 RC is for individuals, organizations, and technical enthusiasts who are comfortable evaluating pre-release software and is provided for testing purposes only. Microsoft does not recommend installing this software on primary or mission critical systems. Microsoft recommends that you have a backup of your data prior to installing any pre-release software.

My Vista is running good enough that I can wait for them to release the final version.

Amen!;) I did Beta testing on Vista before it was released. Don't think I want to take a chance on adding an unfinished SP to a nice, stable machine; especially one I use every day.

I'm with Shadow. I'll wait for a proven fix is out. My Vista p.c. is running well without it, so no testing this time.

I downloaded it. I've had no problems with Vista, didn't with XP either, and with SP1 RC1 it's running just fine. I see no changes in anything, though. I did consider lying and saying my computer was running 30% faster and made coffee for me.

Nope...not a fan of coffe either. Don't touch the stuff.

I installed the SP..I see no difference. Vista still sucks.:)
