Winamp "Error Syncing to Mpeg"??

Recently I started getting this message when trying to connect to online content "Error Syncing to Mpeg" Does anyone know what this means and how to correct it? I've tried upgrading Winamp but that had no effect. Am I missing a plugin or something??
