With your system in your signature you will likely see a small drop in performance in games but you probably wont noticed it as much with Office products.

I would suggest another GB of RAM for Vista as well.

So should I also go higher on my RAM to? Cause i have a RAM meter on my keyboard and its over 90 % playing some games, which is what I think is slowing Crysis down playing on my rig, or is it something else? (look below)

Another GB of Ram(for 2GB total) will really help in Vista, mine uses around 700MB on startup. What's your CPU look like when playing.

I have 2 GB of RAM and it still seems slow when playing certain games but my CPU seems to be fine.

You lose anywhere from 5 to 20% while game playing in Vista over XP. You shouldn't really notice much difference in office / productivity apps.

One more upgrade option is to get a lower-end AMD Dual core...4200+?
