My bank is listed as a user so I checked the link thru Billeo. The Address looked fishy to me so I went directly to my bank and used their Search function to look for Billeo. Nothing came up with that search. Makes me think this is a phishing scam. If you really want to use it, contact your banking instutution and see what they say.

There shouldn't be a need to use a third party software app to pay bills if you bank has online banking in place, which I would think most do by now.

Something seems wrong about a software that does two things: Paybills on line and store your passwords.....

I use their software. It is intended for paying bills directly at the billers website. In that process, the tool helps with password management.

I found their reviews on CNET download.com and also found their name mentioned on the 'Pay bills' section on www.visa.com.
