Recycle bin

Well sent a driver to the recycle bin and when I went to empty it like you do with XP (right click and choose empty) it deleted my icon.. Now how do I get the recycle bin back..:eek:

Ya I remember the one for XP.. I will be spending a lot of time tinkering with this, that for sure..
