This may not be the correct forum, but this seems like a securiy issue. I've been rocking along here pretty good with no problems when about 2 months ago I start noticing my performance going south. I went to task manager, checked performance, and my CPU usage is 80 to 100% with nothing going on. I checked processes and these two programs (ISUSPM.exe and agent.exe) are near the top of the list. I located them in the install shield program. This is located in common programs. I’ve blocked internet access, run Ad-Aware, Spybot, I’m running Windows defender, and McAfee. I currently have to go into task manager and end processes. Can I just delete Install shield? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Check this thread out.. I guess if you can't get rid of it just rename the folder.

After your scans have finished try running an online scan at Trendmicro.

Thanks,
I renamed the folder, rebooted and it works fine as frog hair.
