I have two partions C: and E: . I want to store my music in E:, but other on C:. I have try changing My Document path, but it changes everything and that is not what I need.

Basically I need to know how do you make/alter a folder so that it stores stuffs in a different partion, than the one the OS is installed? RIght-click helps zero, because the path is black out so I cannot edit it.

OK, that is just a LIL bit confusing to follow.

What I need is to change the path of the file so that it would tap into my E: drive, instead of my C: drive, which appeared to be the default drive.

And I though the process would be simple; this is confusing. Editing the Registry is way to much hassle and risky.

Well, I often use Microsoft's TweakUI to change the system folder location, with it you can redirect your documents and music folders. I think only a system folder can do this.

You need to try to follow it because My Music is a shell folder, not a common folder. Profiles are involved.
