AVG reports

When I run AVG AV, I get the following :
FILE: --------------- RESULT / INFECTION -----PATH:
Partition table ------------- Change--------------Nothing listed
Boot sector of disk -------- Change -------------- C:
Shell32.dll ----------------- Change-------------- C:\windows\system32\shell.dll
hosts --------------------- Change------------- C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

Is this anything I need to worry about ? After the scan, it does tell me that no viruses were found.

glc--Thanks for the info and the link. I tried doing the reset per petes instructions, but I am NOT given any chance to do any CONFIRMING. It finds those four items that were changed immediately, and then contines the scan. No input from me. Maybe that option only exists on the paid version ??
