Static IP

I've a question. How do you connect to a wireless rounter in which you do not know its IP address. Ipconfig returns an IP address for my pc, default gateway as blank. I know the router has DHCP disabled. I just need to know what the routers address is to setup my pc's tcp/Ip.
i have the mac address of it. the default IP of the router has likely been changed.
How can you find out the address of a completely unknown rounter using just your pc?

What iP address does your PC have right now and is that a static IP? You may end up having to default the router so you can access it, especially if the password has been changed and you can not get the pasword. What make model is the router?
