Is there anyway to submerse them in warm/hot water or is everything still inside the case?

Well yeah its still in my case but i can stick out my cpu block. Ill try to use hot water. But one question? Am i supposed to submerse the whole water block in hot water since the tubes are stuck to it?

You want to submerge whatever you have to to cover the tubes' connection to the barbs. The heat will cause the plastic tubing to expand a bit and slide off more easily.

Worst case scenario, use an X-acto knife of similar to gently slice into the tubing. If you cut the tubing first, it becomes a lot easier to slice and remove from the barbs.

Well you have to be very care full and then try to remove and one thing more stop the water flow before removal.....
