There is this advice :

5. Finally get rid of your VCR.

I know you weren’t sure when to do it and were skeptical of the digital age, but now is the time, trust me. Ditch that tape player.

Hmm... 8 feet by 11 feet.. my livingroom wall is 8 feet by 12 feet... that would fit just right.

If you think you need a screen that large then just sit closer to your existing screen for gawd sakes. It's all the same 1080p resolution.

Oh I know :) If offered for free? Heck yes I would take it! I would modify the damn house to get it in there if thats what it took.

You mean to tell me that if someone gave it to you, you wouldn't take it?

I'd fill my livingroom wall with it, then mount a camera outside on the other side of the wall and hook it to the TV so when people come in to my livingroom, it looks like my wall is missing.

How cool would it be to be in a recliner with my wife beside me eating hot buttered popcorn, listening to a 7.1 THX sound system with this beast of a screen in front of me? It would be like the movie theater without all the annoyances. :D

That would be classic.
