How did you find out about this "virus"? Where do you receive this alert ?

From what I have seen and read this problem is sometimes associated with MSN messenger or Windows messenger.
Go to Internet Options in Control Panel and delete your temporary internet files.
You could also try switching off System Restore, malicious software often hides in the restore files, but remember if you switch off System Restore you will lose all your current restore points, you will need to reboot your computer and switch it back on again.
Download and install Spybot Search and Destroy, update the definitions and run it in SafeMode, you can download spybot for free from here: http://www.safer-networking.org/index2.html

Seems you have a variant of smitfraud/fakealert. enqvwkp.dll - is the clue here. You seem to have plenty of security applications installed; Kaspersky, Superantispyware, Prevx, Spyware Doctor - so shocked that you got infected. Unless, you're not using the program correctly.

Surprised that Superantispyware (SAS) hasn't removed it for you. Not too surprised that Spyware Doctor missed it though. Neutral over Prevx, never found it that useful for me in the past.

First thing to do is delete all junk/temp files - CCleaner is the man for the job. After that, install, download and update Spybot and SAS - do full system scans in Safe-Mode if possible. Delete all it finds. Hopefully, that will remove it.

Afterwards, you should start to trim you machine down of useless applications and start-up programs. For removal/un-install I would go with the following;

1] Pick a toolbar and remove the other one. Personally, I don't see the need for any of them. But you must have one then have ONE!
2] Spyware Doctor: use to be good but now seems nothing more than a resource hog that does little. Not worth the money you pay for it.
3] RegistryBooster 2: No need for it. CCleaner will do a decent enough job at cleaning the registry and it's free.

Start-ups;

1] O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime

2] O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [updateMgr] "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 7.0\Reader\AdobeUpdateManager.exe" -- since Acrobat os on version 8 now this is woefully out of date.

3] O3 - Toolbar: The epxonwo - {BFAA078B-58E2-4E6C-BD54-BA2A5C6DA153} - (no file)
O3 - Toolbar: The enqvwkp - {12A25CE9-0A93-4074-9516-A5B1A83141C9} - C:\WINDOWS\enqvwkp.dll (file missing)
