How to disable the "User Account Control"?

Just installed my first version of Vista (64)... So far so good. I like the ease of use, especially for my wife...

How do I disable that annoying notice "Windows needs your permission to continue"?

I am THE admin

I don't have it memorized, and I'm not on my vista laptop, but I think you go thru Control Panel, User Accounts, and then Change the account. It's in there somewhere.
