Has anyone ever heard about running windows in a shell like in ram so if something happens to the pc (lets say a virus gets in) when you restart the virus and everything is gone and back to normal? Anyway i can do that on a pc here. The pc is only for internet browsing, etc.

One thing i don't want to do is emulate windows like in a virtual pc because i know that it runs a lot slower.....

Keeping viruses off the pc would be the thing to do;)

For only internet browsing, virtual pc isn't slow....It has an "undo" feature where you can roll back the pc the where it was prior to having issues....But, it would also depend on the virus which could infect the host Windows...

Well, it's Windows PE in Ramdisk?! The whole system is in the virtual drive, after restart all everything in RAM was gone..
