Is it possible to set different folders to private or put passwords on folders?

What operating system are you using?

XP Media on Notebook & Desktop and XP Pro on File server. I would like to put restrictions on certain folders on the file server so I can access everything and everyone else can access only certain folders.

One easy solution would be a program like My Secret Foldr, Folder Lock, or this freeware program:

Do you not have the option of right clicking on the folders you want to restrict, selecting
"Sharing and Security" then checking the box "Make This Folder Private" and using a password?

I might have figured it out. I went to Start>Control Panel>Folder Options>View>Advanced Settings and unchecked "Use simple file sharing (Recommended)" Folders and drives now have a "Security" tab under properties to set permissions. Now I have to master that.
