Something wrong

So i had my system for about 4 months now, running solid and smooth. A couple days ago, i turn my computer on and in the prescreen menu, doesnt show my HDD's. Then says insert disk to run vista. So i go through all this trouble to re-install vista. It is pissing me off, cuz sometimes im on itunes, and it wont play any of my songs. I check on my computer and only shows one HDD! What is wrong? Is it vista? Mabey the SATA connectors to my motherboard from the HDD?

First, and easiest thing to do is check all the connections and make sure they're in good.

After that, list all parts, make and model, including power supply.
