I'm upgrading my video card:

How do i noe if they're compatible:
It says Compatibility: VGA Card Processor (is that for every video card)

but i older video card just stop working on me so i think it's burned. Therefore i'm thinking i'm get a better fan/heatsink.

The stock fan on a graphics card is fine, as long as you check for dust once in a while. In fact, if it gets too hot, it automatically slows down to protect itself.
