workplace monitoring

Hi all

my partner is working in an office as a temp and she is convinced manager is watching their computers, she saw manager double cliick on a shortcut on desktop to see one of the temps screens.

I have had her send me pictures of the running processes and also the running services but havent seen anything that looks suspicous, such as PCAnywhere or such. I also havent seen any VNC or such program.

What else to check or look for to see how this is done and disabling it? is there any tell-tale signs?

If she is being monitored and is a temp, I would bet trying to disable any monitoring software would result in her employment termination.

Definately wouldn't try to disable it. It's the employers computers, and they do have the right to monitor it.
