In the Device Manager, under the Systems Devices, there is a device called "PCI Device" with a yellow asterisk mark on it. In the PCI Device Property Box, it's location is on PCI bus 0, device 14, function 1. I've been trying to uninstall it but it kept coming back to the list of System Devices. The manufacturer is unknow, so is the driver. The Device Instance ID: PCI\WEN_10DE&DEV_0371&SUBSYS_81F61043&REV_A2\3&2411E6FE&0&71. I believe that this device is causing the Windows Found New Hardware Box to pop up every time I boot my PC.
