My question is . Should a biger drive be master or smaller drive be master .

I mean is it best to install window in a smaller drive or in a biger drive ?... ..:)

Unless you only have a 40pin cable I would recommend using Cable Select on your drive. As far as drive size for the OS it depends on how you plan on using it. I would use the larger for the OS and use the smaller for backing up of important data.

Cable Select is the best bet, and I wonder if putting the OS drive in the Master position would make much of a difference. As far as which drive to use, it depends on the specs of each. The drive with the faster rpm I suppose would offer better seek times for the OS and your programs, which will probably need to be accessed more often. All things the same, I might use the bigger drive for bulk storage so there's less disk space for the OS drive to have to sift through when called upon.
