Ram Mix and Match

Hey, I just want to know if there are problems using ram with different timings, latency, etc. I have an Asus A8n5x with 1 gb of Crucial Ram (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148007) with timing 2-2-2-6 and cas latency 2, and i want to get another gig of this (http://www.ocztechnology.com/products/memory/ocz_el_ddr_pc_3200_dual_channel_platinum). It has timing 2-3-2-5. Are there any issues? Can I change the timings on either ram modules? Thanks in advance.

with ram like that I would clear the cmos and pop the sticks in a try it... it may auto default to lower timings than either one of those sticks and may work....it also may not...:)
