What kind of budget are you working with? Great chairs can be very expensive.

I'd suggest heading out to all of the office stores and furniture stores in the area and checking things out in person.

I suggest this computer desk http://www.staples.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/StaplesProductDisplay?&langId=-1&storeId=10001&catalogId=10051&productId=101579&cmArea=SEARCH .
I got one and man, it is Very nice. Much more spacious than I imagined for a sub 100 desk. What I really fall for is the fact that IT IS SOLID. By that I mean it is very straight and rigid, not all shaky like some of its similar. Shaky desks are the worst thing in the world. The only fault that I could think of is the CD rack and the Keyboard tray sliding mechanism; the mechanism is a bit low quality, but tolerable for me. Also, in regard to a computer tower, unless you MUST have it under the desk and out of sigh, then the desk might not be best for that, but otherwise it is work around-able. The really only place that the tower could stay under the desk is behind the CD rack, but unless you game w/ a microTower or really slender MidTower, then I suggest getting like a separate wood board and position your tower to the side.

I have a 216bw and x-230 Logitech, and they are set up amply on the desk. Not all tight and compressed, but there still more than enough room for other miscellaneous. Took me around an hr and half to assemble it and move it, hella heavy.

Highly recommended

For chair, that is something that you should get your behind to the store and try each to your back content. Handle bars are like the next Necessity in chair if not already.

$180 dollars for a piece of wood held up by metal rods....you've got to be kidding me.....:)

(I'll just leave interior design to the ladies.....there's obviously something I'm missing)

Well, that's for the large table, and with T legs, it's $199. I took a look at what I could find everywhere else, and then decided that I wanted bigger, sturdier, and no-frills. If I had to, I could sleep on my desk.

In reality, the Galant series is more aimed for office or home office settings since you can add on corner panels, and make the table into any shape or design you can imagine.

I'm not sure I'd go with the Galang again, but I think it'll suit me for a long time.

For a smaller desk, I'd go with the Z-Line Pacific as well.

When I was still looking for a desk, I did considered the Gemini one, but upon inspection w/ my expert skill in desking, I realized that the Gemini is hella shaky and springy. Not condemning it or anything, but the whole set up is really shaky when you try shaking it.

The Other one is less shaky, not entirely stable as rock, but definitely less springy. I think it has to do w/ the legs design.

And those little secure or guard bars between the legs of the Gimini, well they do nothing.

If you have multi monitor though, then I think you should go for L-design desk or similar style to Stuey. My desk can probably holds two 19-20" in a wedge layout, but really not dual 22+" LCD

Okay i'm gonna use this as my chair http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=7876122&productCategoryId=abcat0809002&type=product&tab=1&id=1142302433375#productdetail

but ... i can't find a good desk.. i want something like this because i will be Dual screening.

But.. The reviews/people who had / have it says that It's wobbly. It shakes.. I looked around and I just dont have the time anymore to browse for more then 10 minutes.. Is there any recomendations of something as big as the Z gemini?

Chairs are one of those unusual things where you really can't tell if it is going to be right by looking at it over the internet or taking someone else's advice on what is comfortable for them. You really have to try it out in person first....just like shoes you have never tried on before.
