My computer is about 4 years old and I want to upgrade it, The CPU that I'm considering is an Intel core 2 duo E4500 Allendale 2.6GHz LGA 775 dual core- Retail, The MB is an Abit AB9 Pro LGA 775 Intel P965 express ATX- Retail. I'm also looking at Liteon sata DVD Burner and a MSI Geforce 8500GT 256 MB video card. I'm not a gamer I don't how to oc so I really didn't want a video card but the MB doesn't have intergrated video so I'll need one. I also will need new memory.I already have a new case, and a sata 160GB HD, I'm going to buy another 160GB sata HD so I can dual boot, have winxp on one HD and Vista on the other. The MB is on sale thru thursday this week for $49.99 with the 40.00 rebate, the original price was 100.00. The reviews on this Mb is mixed mostly centered around the bois, I was hoping that would be fixed by now.

Thanks

If you want on-board video look at the P5K - VM or simmilar.

if that is out of your price range, shop around for something with the G31 or G33 chipset that support video and the newer C2D chipsets for possible future upgrades.
