I need a PCI video card for a Dell Optiplex GX110 that has the onboard Intel 810 video accelerator.
The maximum setting for the onboard Intel 810 is 1280 X 1024 @ 75 Hz.
The GX110 is running Win2000 Pro with 256 MB ram.

A card with both D- SUB and DVI connectors would be a plus because I just got an Acer AL1916 Cbd 19" LCD monitor that came with D- SUB, DVI, DVI-D (F), and HDDB15 (F) connectors.

Other GX110 users say the XFX Geforce FX5200 128 card works very well in their GX110.

I've found two PCI cards at New.egg that I'd like opinions on:

1. CHAINTECH GSP5200T2 GeForce FX 5200 128MB 64-bit DDR PCI Video Card
Chipset Manufacturer: NVIDIA
Core clock: 250MHz
D-SUB: 1
DirectX: DirectX 9
DVI: 1
Memory Clock: 400MHz
OpenGL: OpenGL
PixelPipelines: 4
Model #: GSP5200T2
Item #: N82E16814145136

2. XFX PVT64KNTFG GeForce FX 5200 128MB 64-bit DDR PCI Video Card (no DVI connector)
Chipset Manufacturer: NVIDIA
Core clock: 250MHz
D-SUB: 1
DirectX: DirectX 9
Memory Clock: 333MHz
OpenGL: OpenGL
RAMDAC: 350 MHz
Tuner: None
Model #: PVT64KNTFG
Item #: N82E16814150271

Any replies greatly appreciated.

What are you planning to use the card for? If it's just web browsing and documents then the XFX would be a good choice, it has a good warranty and decent quality. If you want to game a little then the Chaintech could be a better option because of its higher memory clock. But its easy enough to overclock yourselft so I'd go for the XFX.

Sorry for taking so long to reply, liambl.
I'll mostly be using this old GX110 for web browsing and documents but I would like to have some gaming capability to experiment with and for relatives that visit occasionally.
I've never had so much trouble shopping for hardware.
I've found a card I want (XFX PV-T64K-UAF7) but haven't found a vendor because they try to substitute a different model (PV-T64K-UAFG), stocking problems etc.
The main obstacle is finding a decent card with all the features I want such as:

Bus Type: PCI Universal (2 slots cut in connection tab)
Memory Interface: 128 bit
Memory Bus: 128-bit
Chipset (GPU): GeForce FX 5200 (or 5500)
Output port(s): DVI (DVI-I) S-Video Out (TV Out)
Cooling: Fan/Heatsink

I don't really want VGA (D-Sub) but the DVI-I port cards have it included.
I've arrived at this list of features by researching what others use in their Dell GX110s.
Dell sells the BFG 3DFR55256P (3D Fuzion GeForce FX 5500 ) and PNY VCGFX55PPB (PNY GeForce FX 5500 ) PCI cards but they're 64-bit (if I'm not totally confused by now).
About DVI ports; here's a link to great info:
http://www.directron.com/dviguide.html
The 19" Acer LCD monitor (love it!) I have now has a DVI-D port and cable that I want to use which is why having a DVI video card is a priority.
Thanks in advance for any recommendations/advice!
