New Rig Keeps Freezing

So I just put together my new rig and I'm running Vista 32-Bit. Yesterday the computer froze twice while I was browsing YouTube and today I can't be on for more than 5 minutes without it freezing while I'm playing WoW. Another note is that yesterday the CPU was running at about 50% with WoW running (according to the widget) and today the number is much higher, around 90ish. Please help, anything is appreciated.

Have you update Vista yet?

Do you have antivirus installed yet?

Have you installed all the drivers? (In device manager, do you see any yellow triangles?)
