Shaking windows

Hello everyone. Im running windows xp home and when you bring up my computer the window shakes and flutters, but if you hit one of the arrow keys it stops and is just fine untill you reboot the comp. Is this a problem with the keyboard or something else? Thanks.

Try reinstalling the video drivers.

Does it only shake when you lift up screen?

Otherwise it might be a virus.

Not sure if this is the problem, but after I install my drivers for my video card, it sets my refresh rate to 75Hz. Right click desktop > Properties > Settings > Advanced > Monitor. Change it to 60.
