Good list.
Are you trying to do crossfire with two video cards, or are you getting just one 3870X2?
If getting just one, then get a different motherboard. Asus P5k-E would work, and should save you some money.
Also, that power supply might be a bit over kill, not entirely sure, but I believe it is.
And personally, I wouldn't get a Creative sound card. I don't like the company anymore. There are other alternatives, but many will also recommend that you try the onboard sound first since it has been improving.

Will see about that.
I'll probably crossfire them too - And the last PC that I had power surged so I just wana make sure it doesn't...And I believe it won't :P
That for your Imput so far guys, Are there any games you'd reccomend though?

I've played it on 360 and is it pretty good. I might get it, though I am looks for RTS and FPS. I know bioshock is an FPS, but I looking for different one's.

Assassins creed is fun but I completed that and COD4 on 360, COD4 is fun though
Speaking from experience- if you play WoW, you might was well forget about playing other games for awhile (about half kidding). I played it exclusively for about a year and never got bored with it.
The Nvidia cards are faster than ATI- you can check out the comparison charts on Tomshardware site.
Also, Portals (comes with the Orange Box) is cool- I did not think I would like it- but it turned out to be great fun (and funny) "the cake is a lie"

The Nvidia cards are faster than ATINot entirely true. The only card capable of comfortably beating the 3870 X2 is the 9800GX2, which is a lot more cash. Stick with the 3870 X2.

Well I'm not as knowledgeable about PC's as a lot of these guys here but games is my status. From that list I think you'll really enjoy Portal and the Battlefield series. Stay away from WoW, it's become too easy and infected with kids under 14 years old that have ruined the game, I played it from beta till this year and it's a load of suck now. With a PC like that you can run things like Crysis but Crysis' multiplayer sucks, if you're into single player though it's fun. As of right now this moment in time I'm on Age of Conan, it's absolutely beautiful. But, it's new so the load time are slow and there's frequent crashed. If you're into MMO's I recommend Age of Conan. Then like everyone else said, CoD4 is a must.

I know you've said you've played it, but Bioshock is definitely worth playing all the way through.
Although they may be becoming a little dated, the Total War games are worth checking into. The newest one, Total War: Empire, is supposed to be coming out soon and focusing heavily on naval combat. You're going to need a pretty nice computer to run it if the pics are any indication. It should be pretty awesome.

Diablo 3
Star Craft 2
Oh wait, they are not out yet, but consider them anyway.

If you like RTS type games, I recommend the Command and Conquer series as well as the Rise of Nations series'. Both are very fun to play and if you like micro-managing, RoN is definately fun.
