I am having problems with my main computer while on this site. When I log on most of the time I get topics that are dated 27 Oct and before, I can't get any late info. I just logged on again and I was getting the latest info and when I finished reading the topic and hit back to go back to hardware forum it went back but the screen was blank. I tried running I.E.5.5 repair and it said I had an outdated dll file, so I loaded I.E. 5.5 off cd and am still having problems. I don't have any problems with my backup PC.All this started after I ran windows update and d/l several security updates. HELP!!!
Specs on problem PC:
Ath 500
ibm 13.5 gb
FIC SD11
I.E. 5.5
wp8se

Yeah a few of us are having the same issues. Should be taken care of. As far as I can tell it seems to be from the scripting from the ad server. Works if you set your security level to PROMPT for ACTIVEX SCRIPTING (towards the bottom) and then click NO when asked.

I did what Statica suggested and I was able to get the latest info. I replied to that effect. This morning I am back to viewing day old info, in fact my previous reply is not shown. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have not made any further changes to my browser settings since I was able to read latest info.

I cleared cache and have logged on three times since and everything appears normal. Thanks, Statica.
