Need help in setting up multiple e-mails accounts for mutiple users

Is there a way to set up multiple e-mails accounts for multiple users using Windows Mail?
I have 4 different user accounts set up. I want to set up a windows mail account in each user account. I do not want each user to see the content of another user inbox in windows mail.

If you already have multiple user accounts then setting up Windows mail individually in each account will keep the mailboxes private... provided, of course, that each user has their own email account as well.

Windows Mail will not allow me to configure each user e-mail account in a way that would keep keep the content of each inbox private.
Every time I try to set up a e-mail account in a user account the account setting are changed in all of the other e-mail accounts that are located in different users accounts.

Windows Mail will show the Inbox contents of all of the Windows Mail e-mail accounts that is set up in Windows Mail whenever a user try to use a e-mail account that is set up for use in a specific user account.
