Reset, No Internet

My buddy has Verizon DSL service, and with that he has a Linksys wireless router. Every time he resets his router, he can no longer connect to the internet, but if he takes the wireless router out of the equation, he has internet. I tried to fix it the other day, but im clueless on this. Anyone got any idea? :confused:

In order to use a Linksys router with DSL, you need to switch the modem to the "bridge" mode and set up the router for PPPoE, storing the username and password in the router, not the modem.
