Publish to agenda

Hi all,

I don't know if this question is right for this community but its worth a shot.

I have a couple of excel sheets that calculate depreciation. What I am trying to figure out how do is to publish some results into outlook calendar. e.g . lets say I have an item that cost 100$ per month for the next 5 months. To have a -100$ appear each months, for the next 5 months, in the outlook calendar. (I'm thinking outlook but it could be any calendar at this point.)

Same thing would happen to revenues. And the total of both. (which is all calculated by Excel)

I just need a handy way to publish the data I want, month by month, in a calendar.

Any ideas? I don't know how to deal with a continuous calendar, without needing to do it all manually. I also have a palm treo 650 if ever it helps.
