Mouse not working in game

O.K. so I just got this new game , its called Kane&Lynch dead men. When the game starts , I move my mouse and it works its just it will move the mouse ellsware really fast. And with do this in the game. Making the game unplayable. Have you ever spent over 1500$ on a gaming system , get a new game and cant play it. Thats about where Im at. sorry just a little frustrated right now.....

If the mouse works fine otherwise what you have is a game problem.

First the game's mouse settings can be adjusted which is where you should start if you haven't already done so.
Second, go to the game's site and check for patches or check the tech part of the game's forum for a work around.

If you're using mouse software it may be fighting with the game's controls but check out the first two options before you return Window's default.

If you are using a gaming mouse, such as Logitech's, the mouse will have a button that slows the speed of the mouse. It should also have software where you can change the default speeds.
