Works suite 2002 problem

Since my update to SP3 I havent been able to use the feature [Picture it] from Microsoft.

So far I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling, but it just keeps freezing or simply disapears for no reason.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

My guess to help, is to roll back the SP3 update to SP2... Far as i know, SP3 was a pain in the arse for me during its first release and currently i just run SP2, makes no difference updating :S

If someone has a better option post it in.

Well luckily I found a repair feature in the program itself, and that cleared it up. Thanks anyway:)
