hi all, I work in a small office (30 computers) as a network administrator and some people are getting programs to hack and delete files of coworkers remotely and we have some issues with spy wares that our symantec anti virus can't catch, also we have ISA server 2004 installed and I was looking for some solution to protect out network from the inside like a firewall or something that can detect malicious activities of users and to block spyware more effectively and of course to be easy to install and deploy through domain environment any suggestions would be much appreciated.

ISA Server *should* be adequate protection if it's set up properly.

However, what kind of infrastructure are you presently using to connect to the outside world? You may want to consider a firewall appliance, such as a Sonicwall (there are plenty of others, just using this as an example).

You also need cooperation of management - you need a company acceptable use policy with teeth.
