Performance issues

O.K, lately i have noticed a slow down from my PC.It tends to almost stutter when performing operations, Which includes surfing the web.Pages seem to take an age to load and are very stuttered when done (and video of any kind eg Youtube is not very smooth at all).Right from there i ran Spy bot S&D, AD Aware and AGV Anti virus.After this i still have a problem so i de fragged to see if this helped (it didnt).After all this i decided to get help from people in the know (you guys ;-).So after all that info i ran hyjack this and the log is a s follows.Any help you can offer would be great. Gave the log a quick scan, once I saw iTunes I gave up reading...

Malwarebytes is free to use and it will remove infections, the paid-for version has real-time protection. However, for now please use the free version.

Before running any scan it would be good o remove all junk/temp files: CCleaner (http://filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/) is good for this. When installing you don't need to install the Yahoo! toolbar - personally I wouldn't as it can hinder removal of any malware.

Can you please read this LINK (http://forum.pcmech.com/showthread.php?t=103171) and post/attach a hijackthis log. If you decide to run a malwarebytes scan please attach/post the log it makes to this post. This is so we can review it and make sure you are clean.

^^They were the only malicious entries I saw, once you allow HJT to fix them I would run another scan with each anti-malware tool just to be on the safe side. Apart from that I think your clean.
