Hi everyone, I'm having a serious issue with my computer currently. Each time I click a link from my google search I get redirected to another page. How can I resolve this? Many thanks.

Sounds like a browser hijack. If you haven't ran any anti-malware scans I suggest you do so now. The following are my personal favourites;
Malwarebytes (http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php)
Spybot (http://www.safer-networking.org/index2.html)
SuperAntispyware Free (SAS) (http://www.superantispyware.com/superantispywarefreevspro.html)
Malwarebytes is free to use and it will remove infections, the paid-for version has real-time protection. However, for now please use the free version.
Before running any scan it would be good o remove all junk/temp files: CCleaner (http://filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/) is good for this. When installing you don't need to install the Yahoo! toolbar - personally I wouldn't as it can hinder removal of any malware.
Can you please read this LINK (http://forum.pcmech.com/showthread.php?t=103171) and post/attach a hijackthis log. If you decide to run a malwarebytes scan please attach/post the log it makes to this post. This is so we can review it and make sure you are clean.
