I am running Outlook 2007 in WinXP. While most everything appears to be working fine, I am having an issue when I attempt to create a new email. I select new message from the main screen and a new email window pops up. The problem occurs when I select the "To" menu in an attempt to pick a recipient to email. While most of my contacts show up fine, a couple appear to be missing email address. What is most distressing about this is that some contacts have multiple email addresses and I need to select one or the other but am unable to do so. Furthermore, it appears that sometimes this issue even prevents a message from going through properly. The confusing part is when I verify that all of the correct information is listed in the contacts section I can't find a single item amiss. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Have you run Diagnostics in Outlook 2007 ?

Help>Office Diagnostics>Continue>Start Diagnostics

I ran Diagnostics which found and repaired one error. Unfortunately, it didn't fix the problem I am having. Any other advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help.

You may have to reconstruct your contacts list.
Are you running Vista or XP?
Did you import the list ?

I am running XP Pro on a new MacBook Pro. I created my contact list from scratch and never had any other versions of out Outlook (except express) installed on my machine. I'm going to backup my data and start again. Thanks again for your help.
