DVD Conversion

Hello,

I am currently looking at adding a file server to my PC set-up. I would like to take my DVD movies and copy them onto the hard drive of the file server while keeping the DVD format. I do not want to loose picture quality, 5.1 sound or the start menus. Does anyone have any ideas on how this is possible? If so, please let me know what I can do to add this to my set-up.
